Ordering Procedure: 1) Upon ordering you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order. 2) At the time your order is shipped you will receive an additional confirmation via e-mail updating you that your order is on its way. 3) If any of your items are back ordered we will notify you via e-mail. 4) All orders are shipped UPS ground and will arrive within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays determined by carriers. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the value of your order. Shipping and handling charges are calculatd seperately for each ship-to address. If you would like to send gifts to multiple addresses, simply fill out your order, send it and begin a new order for each new ship-to address.
